Hazardous materials

The tunnel was classed a category E tunnel, in which the transportation of all hazard materials, except those with the UN numbers 2919, 3291, 3331, 3359 und 3373, is restricted.

The transit with hazardous material is subject to the payment of special fees for the category «Alerte 1». Transits of this kind cannot be paid for using return tickets, subscriptions or reduced rates, nor the following cards: DKV, UTA, ROUTEX, MSE.
